CE Construction was established in the year 1992. Starting out as a ‘D’ class contractor, CE took off with an infrastructure development project constructing Transmission line for NEA in Lumbini.

The successful completion of the project helped CE gain its foothold in the market and went on to accomplish multitude projects in infrastructure development, commercial real estate, hospitals, and hotels etc. in the coming days and is still going on.

Sensing the stark need for planned housing projects for a demographically, socially and economically growing market, CE ventured into residential real estate development through first project ‘ The Comfort Housing’ spanned over 42 ropanies land under partnership model in the year 19. After the successful completion of the project, the company challenged itself with the development of township project in Tokha Corridor. There are around half a dozen real estate projects lined up along the corridor that CE real estate takes pride in of developing not only the projects but the overall development of the neighborhood in Tokha Region.

The company has constructed around 2000 housing units and 8 apartment towers under different housing projects across the valley. Aiming at expanding its footprints across the country, CE Real. Estate has ventured out with several real estate projects in Pokhara, Biratnagar, Lumbini and Bhairawa in the recent times.

Backed by a team of engineers in the board and equipped with the required manpower for land acquisition and development, designing, Marketing and Sales of the projects, the company garners the title of a holistic solution provider for the real estate needs in the country.
