Founded in 1992 by visionary leader Engr. Bijay Rajbhandary, along with the colleagues Engr. Gopal Manandhar and Engr. Shyam Milan Shrestha, CE Construtcion Pvt.Ltd.  has evolved into value-driven enterprise distinguished by its commitment to strategic partnerships. The founding engineers, with four decades of multidisciplinary leadership, combine technical expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit. While construction remains at its core, CE has strategically diversified its portfolio to strengthen its market position and national impact. In property development, it established many ventures pioneering concepts like cluster housing, corridor development, and satellite urban growth around the Kathmandu Valley. In manufacturing, CE launched Aggremate, Artex, CE Hydro, CE Metals and Master Craft to ensure in-house supply of key construction materials. Its trading arms, C Plus and CP Interiors, offer end-to-end project solutions. In the hydropower sector, CE, through Urja Developers Pvt. Ltd., aims to develop up to 1,000 MW in the next decade. It has played a key role in completing major projects such as the 86 MW Solukhola (Dudhkoshi), 111 MW Nilgiri 1 and 2, and is currently undertaking the 100 MW Super Trisuli and 73.5 MW Middle Mewa Hydropower Projects. CE also contributes to Skill Develeopment through Techno Training Institute Pvt. Ltd. enhancing national human capital. Under CE Construction’s leadership and with the objective of fostering social and development entrepreneurs, Grande Holding Pvt. Ltd. was established to support founders in overcoming capital and capacity challenges through strategic guidance and mentorship”. In the tourist destination development CE is developing The Hub Lumbini, a landmark mixed-use complex featuring hotels, a convention center, shopping mall, water park, and serviced apartments. CE has also ventured into healthcare with the launch of the 200-bed Grande International Hospital, further extending its commitment to national development.

As of the fiscal year 2025, CE Construction Pvt. Ltd. is managing over 20 active projects with a cumulative value exceeding USD 30 million. This robust portfolio is a testament to CE’s strong financial foundation, operational efficiency, and sustained client confidence.
